Private yoga and/or sound healing sessions are designed to meet your unique needs – whether you're looking to build strength, release stress, heal from emotional pain, or reconnect with your inner self. These one-on-one sessions create a supportive space for growth, reflection, and transformation.

Individual sessions may include:

  • ​​Traditional yoga styles (gentle, restorative, yin, vinyasa, etc.)

  • Grief Yoga-compassionate movement and breath work to help process loss and emotional pain 

  • Energy Medicine Yoga-techniques to balance your energy systems and support physical and emotional healing

  • Trauma-sensitive and Restorative practices-slow, grounding sessions designed to help calm the nervous system and restore safety in the body

  • Sound Healing-energetic balance, relaxation, nervous system re-balancing

  • Meditation-reduce stress, enhance focus and concentration, improve mood, increase self-awareness

Each session is created to your level, intentions, and any physical or emotional considerations. Whether you're working with an injury, navigating a life transition, or simply desiring a more personalized session, private sessions meet you where you are.

Private Group sessions

Share a meaningful, customized yoga/sound healing experience with your family, friends, or community.

Private yoga/sound healing sessions are a beautiful way to connect through mindful movement, shared intention, and collective healing. Whether it's a group navigating a shared experience, a team-building event, or a celebration, sessions are created to meet the needs and energy of the group. 

Group sessions may include:

  • Traditional styles such as gentle flow, restorative, yin, or vinyasa

  • Grief Yoga for groups processing loss or life changes

  • Energy Medicine Yoga to promote balance, vitality, and resilience

  • Restorative or Trauma Sensitive practices for group relaxation and support

  • Sound Healing for energetic balance, relaxation, and nervous system re-balancing
